OWNER OPERATORS

RideSmart Sedan Service will soon start a program using driver who wants to work as independent owner-operator -this eventually will form the core of our driving team. An owner-operator with their interest of owning their business, that will provides a high level of service than a typical employee driver.

Owner-Operators will have our complete support and will have to go through and pass physical examination, drug use test, driving safety course and FBI background check. They have to pass freeways, highways and road test, so they become expert of navigating thru phoenix and surrounding cities and town, essential for getting where they want to go.

With our customer support and continuing use of our services, this program will soon be in place.That for every 5 or more customer confirmed reservations a day, I will hire one owner operator driver and so on.

Sedan Driver Position:

Must be at least 25 years old.
Requires an Arizona Driver's License.
Must be physically fit and can lift more than 50 lbs.
Must have current MVD printout indicating safe driving record.
Strong knowledge of Metro Phoenix and surrounding cities.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Must be personable and customer service oriented.
Must have Social Security card.
Must pass FBI background check. (fee$35)
